Getting started
3 questionsHow do we start?
Send your reports on WhatsApp. A coordinator confirms receipt the same day, in Arabic or English.
Which reports should we send?
A recent angiogram or CT angiogram, an echocardiogram, an ECG and blood tests from the last three months. If something is missing, your coordinator will tell you what to get.
Is the doctor's review free?
Yes. Dr. Gawai's review and the call that follows are free, with no obligation to book.

When do we receive the plan?
After the doctor's review and your free call, and before you book any flights.
What does the stay include?
A serviced apartment, an Arabic-style cook, visa assistance, airport pick-up and drop, daily clinic commute with Arabic-speaking drivers, a sightseeing plan and help with shopping.
Visa & travel
3 questionsWhich visas do we need?
It depends on your nationality and where you live. Tell us who is travelling, and our team confirms the right visa for the patient and each family member.
Do you help with the visa?
Yes. We provide visa assistance for the patient and the family members travelling with them, and guide you through each step.
Who meets us at the airport?
Our team meets you at arrivals in Bengaluru and drives you to your apartment.
Family stay
3 questionsHow many family members can come?
There's no fixed limit. Tell us who's travelling and we arrange an apartment that fits your family.
Is the food halal?
Yes. The cook prepares halal meals in your apartment, or delivers them fresh, whichever you prefer.
Do the drivers speak Arabic?
Yes. Our drivers are part of our in-house team and speak Arabic.
During treatment
3 questionsHow long is the course?
Up to two weeks, with sessions on weekdays.
What does a treatment day look like?
Your driver takes you to the clinic for your session, then the rest of the day is yours. Session times are confirmed in your plan.
Will family at home get updates?
Yes, if the patient agrees. Your coordinator sends a short daily update on WhatsApp.
After you fly home
3 questionsWhat follow-up is there?
For 90 days, the doctor's team checks in with you on WhatsApp.
Can we contact the doctor after we leave?
Yes. Message your coordinator, and anything medical goes to Dr. Gawai.
What do we take home?
Your end-of-course review and your 90-day follow-up plan.
Privacy & your reports
3 questionsWho sees our reports?
Only Dr. Gawai and the team looking after your case.
How are our reports protected?
We handle them under our written privacy process, in line with India's DPDP Act 2023.
Can we ask you to delete our reports?
Yes. Ask your coordinator and we confirm in writing once they're deleted.
Ask us on WhatsApp. A coordinator replies, and the doctor answers anything medical.
